`dream of` 后面可以跟名词或动名词（doing）。具体来说：
当 `dream` 作为动词时，后面可以直接跟动词不定式（to do）作为宾语，例如：Jack dreams to go abroad one day.
当 `dream` 作为名词时，后面通常跟介词 `of`，后面跟名词或动名词（doing），例如：He dreams of becoming a successful lawyer.
另外，`dream of` 也可以和 `dream about` 互换使用，都表示“梦见”或“梦想”某事，但 `dream about` 后面通常跟句子，例如：She dreamed about meeting her long-lost friend.
